Pricing
The GIS and Cartographic Services Lab charges either fixed or hourly rates, depending on the service, plus fees for materials and equipment usage, if applicable. Our general pricing structure is as follows:
- GIS, mapping, and graphic design projects: hourly rate + applicable fees + costs of production.
- Classroom rentals: daily rate + applicable fees (volume discounts available).
- Software consulting: hourly rate + applicable fees.
- GIS training/workshops: fixed rate per course (includes all fees).
Costs for our GIS training/workshops are published with our course schedule. There are several factors used to determine the overall price of classroom rentals, software consulting and project work, however.
